Step One: Pay a fee of $375 for the Comprehensive Search
Step Two: Once you receive your search results and would like to move forward with the trademark filing, you will pay the remaining balance of $1,125.
Step Three: Our office will file the trademark application once the remaining fee is paid.
Step Four: You will receive a copy of the application to review and approve.
Step Five: Our office will officially apply once you have reviewed the application.
Step Six: Now, we wait for the trademark examiners to view your application. If there are any non-substantive actions to take, our firm will handle them at no cost. If substantial changes are to be made, you may incur an additional fee.
Step Seven: Trademark is approved! You can celebrate!
